Returns Policy - Change of Mind
You may return most new, unopened and tagged items for a full refund within 30 days. We can not, however, accept returns on hats, tights, socks or swimsuits for change of mind.
If you need to return an item, please visit our physical store or Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Returns Policy - Faulty Items
We offer a repair, replacement or refund in the event previously purchased items exhibit a genuine manufacturing fault, or where we are otherwise required to do so under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you need to return a faulty item, please visit our physical store or Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
Shipping
We can ship most products to virtually any Australian address at a flat rate of $15. Note that there are restrictions on some products, including bags and blazers. These restrictions are noted on each product page.
Pick Up
Purchases may be collected from the physical store or delivered to Junior School students, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 8am - 4pm in Term Time.
